california vlog vacation

I hope you all enjoyed Part one of my California Vacation Vlog! Here is Part II where we visited Santa Cruz and Carmel!

Carmel was by far my favorite place we visited! The town had the sweetest charm and small town feel but still luxurious and relaxing! The beaches were incredible and our food was outstanding! We had the best gelato ever! I love a good gelato! Dinner was at Porta Bella and the salads are a must! We sat next to a wonderful couple and their sweet dog! It is so inviting in Carmel and I definitely want to visit again soon! I also found out that is where Scott Eastwood is from (The Longest Ride)! I had no idea!

The beach at Carmel. Pebble Beach (like the BIG golf tournaments) is to the left. SO BEAUTIFUL!

Sea Bass from Porta Bella. So delicious! A must if you are in the Carmel area!

Carmel Beach California Me on the beach at Carmel! I could not wait for the water to hit my toes! Glasses are Prada.

Santa Cruz California Vacation Santa Cruz. We had an awesome view! The winds were very chilly! So pretty though!

Santa Cruz was also fun but very different from everywhere else we went! The boardwalk was so colorful and beautiful! The sea lions were in full force that day too! Such a beautiful place! Brian took me to a bakery/deli called Buttery and I kid you not I could have eaten myself sick there! The baked goods looked SO GOOD. I had a delicious sandwich! I recommend visiting there! We also made a stop at VERVE, his favorite coffee shop and also the Patagonia outlet and Urban Outfitters!

Santa Cruz Boardwalk! It was so pretty! Nice and clean too! I loved how colorful it was and wish it had been in season so we could have ridden the rides!

After downtown exploring we visited the Redwoods Park. I forget the name of the park but it was BEAUTIFUL! The trees were incredible and it smelled so good! We did a short hike and then headed back to Sacramento!
