With the warmer temperatures and buttercups, I would say that spring has sprung!! I absolutely love this time of year and I love the changes in makeup and wardrobe!! There are five key items I think of when updating my beauty routine for spring!! I want to share them with you today and let you know why I love them!!
- Cream Crayon Eyeshadow // http://rstyle.me/~7H7mX Regular cream shadows work just as good but I love a good cream eyeshadow crayon for spring makeup. It is effortless and so quick to apply. - Bright Bold Lip Color // Like this drugstore one or this MAC one both are great options for spring lip colors and are matte cream lipsticks which I love because they won’t slide around your face on those warmer days!!
- Spring Scent // Like my favorite Jo Malone scent or my my second fave. I love these because they last all day on your skin and smell so spring-y and fresh!! A good scent will brighten your day and make you feel more awake and motivated to take on the day!!
- A Beauty Blender // Like my new nude one or you can choose from a few fun colors that they offer. I recently picked up the nude beauty blender because I think it shows less “dirt” aka foundation and it looks cleaner. I have had the black and pink also which I love too. This makes your makeup application quick and effortless and that is what I want for a spring makeup look. I don’t have time to use a different brush for concealer and foundation the beauty blender makes putting on those two things so quick! I love it!!
- Tinted Moisturizer // I recently got this one and I love it!! It is my new favorite!! I also hear the It Cosmetics CC Cream is really good and it is available at Ulta. Let me know what your favorite is in the comments because I would love to try some more!!
